Each Cotton bale arrived is tested on the Uster Fibrograph 630 and Micronaire 670. The cotton bales are stacked according to the micronaire values.
Daily cotton is mixed keeping in view the Micronaire value, such that the variation in the mic value is minimum in day to day mixing.
Contamination System:
Cotton Bales are cleaned with brushes to remove all rusted-cotton and/or small foreign-matters from the outside of the bales.
In the second stage Cotton bales are fed to Auto-pluckers from where the cotton comes on Tables in opened form where we have devised "one and half bale per worker" who removes all possible foreign matters from cotton. The cleaned cotton is then fed to the Blow Room for subsequent processing.
Our Autoconer are equipped with Uster Quantum yarn-clearers and our production been passing through c-channel/f-channel (siro-cleared). The Uster Quantum is equipped with LEDs specially manufactured for Pakistani Cotton.
