TATA Group has introduced Planning and coordination department for the convenience and to facilitate their customers with out any apprehension. Their purpose is to plan the production of mills as per the sales requirement keeping in view the machine capacity, required quality & optimum yarn realization. Furthermore, it is also the responsibility of the department to provide optimum after sales services by effectively handling customer complaints with close coordination of the sales, mills & End user. This department also monitors the production, yield and quality targets on continues and independent basis.
